On Monday 3/3/2025 at 8:50a.m. Chris took it uponed himself to look up my telephone number and call me. Chris mediately started yelling cursing me out and calling me a liar, about a review I left on his horrible customer service. The phone call lasted over 5 minute, Chris called me a liar several times, I couldn't get a word in do to him yelling/talking over me, and when I was able to finally speak Chris hung up in my face. Where Chris desk is located it is the entrance to Kia service and alot of foot traffic is right there. Customers check in, check out and make payments all in that open vicinity. So I'm sure it is safe to say that other customers, employees, sale rep. and potential customers all witness Chris erratic behavior to me (a customer). Why do Chris(Kia's employee)think it is okay to looking up customer's information to curse them out on surveys that Kia sends out to see how their employees are treating us as customer's. My telephone number should have only been used to call and tell me, the part is in for my vehicle to be fit. My survey was anonymous, so now I DO NOT feel safe taking my vehicle up to Kia, because Chris can do anything to sabotage my vehicle, or have a buddy in the back sabotage my vehicle and I have family that uses this vehicle. I keep my vehicle in great condition and now I'm afraid of our safety. Chris kept advising me to go to his manager and that he didn't care if I went to his manager. As if they're are friends and no consequences would come of his horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional and erratic behavior. A couple of my witnesses and I did go up there on 3/3/2025 and spoke with the manager Robbie. Robbie did inform me that all there phone calls are record, and he would be review the 8:50am phone call from Chris and I. As of 3/5/2025 I have not received any information back from the manager Robbie. More

I would give a 5Star review but still waiting for reimbursement of rental fees. The tow truck driver recommended by your service team never provided a receipt, so I had no towing bill to forward with reimbursement of rental fees. My daughter’s car is a K5 GT 2022 in for warranty service, there were no loaner/courtesy vehicles so we had to rent her a car. The service was excellent…a reimbursement will easily get you a 5+. More
