I give the service a 1 rating for the following two reasons: 1. On 24 March, I explicitly recall asking whether my car had gas in its fuel tank, knowing that the fuel gauge was already faulty and the v reasons: 1. On 24 March, I explicitly recall asking whether my car had gas in its fuel tank, knowing that the fuel gauge was already faulty and the vehicle simply may have required gasoline and not a repair. Kenton, the service representative, told me via phone that the car did have gas in it. The day of picking up the car I would learn that Kenton made a false statement because I was notified of an empty tank and the need to authorize the dealership to put gas in the car. The fuel pump/fuel guage being faulty was a known issue and I am more than confident that the technician conducted an unnecessary repair because of a lack of due diligence when answering my question regarding the gas tank. 2. The car was dropped off on 18 March and scheduled to be evaluated on 23 March. I was originally told the car would be ready for pick up on Friday 27 March, so I added an oil change service and relayed that I would pick it up on Monday 30 March. When Monday morning came, I called at ~0900 to receive an update but did not receive a response via call or text. The lack of a response forced me to arrive in person (a 30 min drive) Monday morning to get an answer, the desk attendant acknowledged the failure to respond and told me my car would be ready by 1600 that day. When I returned at ~1445 that same day, I was told by the desk representative that they had no knowledge of where my car was and that they assumed the technician was test driving it. The sales person, Hai, was phenomenal! She worked with us through two different possibilities and made sure we were happy and comfortable while waiting for service and detailing to finish She worked with us through two different possibilities and made sure we were happy and comfortable while waiting for service and detailing to finish up with the car we finally decided on. Finance was very quick as well. The service department also said that it was going to take an hour for us to get our car, and they had it done in 30 minutes. My only disappointment was in the cleaning of the car. When someone tells me that the car is being detailed, I expect high standards that include all carpeting being vacuumed, and all surfaces being wiped down. I ended up cleaning the car myself in order to get rid of all of the popcorn, chips and other crumbs that were found all throughout the car. However, this part of the experience would not prevent me from going back to this dealership. Overall, a good experience! More
