I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 recalls. The parts for one recall was not in and had to be ordered. The service department should have made sure the parts were there when I made t 2 recalls. The parts for one recall was not in and had to be ordered. The gentleman I was working with was very nice and didn't charge me for the oil change and tire rotation which is the reason I gave this experience a 5. He went above and beyond to give good customer service! More

We had a great experience from start to finish. Duncan, our sales rep was super personable and well put together, was knowledgeable about the vehicle features and made the selection/buying process Duncan, our sales rep was super personable and well put together, was knowledgeable about the vehicle features and made the selection/buying process super easy. Nick in finance was also great! Overall a very smooth and pressure-free experience. Nothing like the typical dramatic car dealership experience.
