I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 recalls. The parts for one recall was not in and had to be ordered. The service department should have made sure the parts were there when I made t 2 recalls. The parts for one recall was not in and had to be ordered. The gentleman I was working with was very nice and didn't charge me for the oil change and tire rotation which is the reason I gave this experience a 5. He went above and beyond to give good customer service! More
