I came here and was negotiating on a car but they wouldn’t come to my price I was with my 86 yr old mom.all of a sudden a tall man that worked in finance ran over to the table we where at slammed his wouldn’t come to my price I was with my 86 yr old mom.all of a sudden a tall man that worked in finance ran over to the table we where at slammed his fist on the table and yelled for us to leave because I would not buy at price I was quoted.the man was violently yelling.i would never recommend this place to anyone ever More
Slow service department Service department is very slow even with an appointment. Then they try to insult your intelligence as to why they are slow. Bought my Abarth at Jaxx Fiat 8 months ago, love the car! couple months back I was at a different Fiat dealership in Atlanta getting service, and a s Bought my Abarth at Jaxx Fiat 8 months ago, love the car! couple months back I was at a different Fiat dealership in Atlanta getting service, and a salesman and I were talking and he asked how I liked my car and track day? and I had no idea what he was talking about, and he proceeded to tell me, every NEW,Abarth purchase comes with a "track day" which means you take an Abarth on a race track and they teach you how to drive it, so I call Jacksonville Fiat and ask them about it and they said thay had no idea what I was talking about, and thay would get back to me, a month later I call back and talk to the Fiat sales manager, and he said he had no knowledge of this so called "Track day", and said he would get back to me, NO CALL BACK! a month passes I call Orange Park Fiat and I asked about the track day and the salesman said of course thats the policy, every new Abarth purchase gets a track day,,,, so today I once again I call Jacksonville Fiat and I go through the same story once again, and the sales manager said track day??? and I said yes! "TRACK DAY" I should have received a trackday uuugh! he said he had never heard of it! so just then a client had walked in to his showroom that had bought an Abarth and he said hold on a second let me ask this Abarth owner, and the the guy confirmed yes he should have gotten a trackday,, so the client got on the phone with me and we discussed it, now thanks to some random stranger I will get my track day, no thanks to Jacksonville Fiat! Im in the market to buy another Fiat for my business, up to 4 Fait 500s,, and I will never set foot in Jacksonville Fiat ever, nothing but incompetent people there starting from the sales manager! Fiat should take their name off of that building and start new! Im sorry I ever gave them my business! This is what happens when you don't get back to people! More
Worst day ever It took two weeks before I get anyone to call me back. Got a salesman to get me in contact with service manager Thomas. Got there and said there was no appointment they have forty appointments and they will work me in not sure how long would be. Will never go bak there ever. More
