New car buying experience I went in on a Friday afternoon to look at new cars. I was approached by a salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. After we came to a conclusion I went in on a Friday afternoon to look at new cars. I was approached by a salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. After we came to a conclusion on a new automobile, the dealership did not have the actual vehicle on the lot for me to test drive. So they had me drive a vehicle that was supposed to be the same vehicle except for 3rd row seating that I didn't need. I ask several times that in fact the vehicle I was purchasing was the same vehicle except for the 3rd row seat wasn't included in my purchase. And I was told yes infact it was the same vehicle. To my disappointment it wasn't at all the same accessorized vehicle. No tint, no floor mats, no rear air, and no 2nd key that was supposed to come with my new car! I have spent over 15 hours at the dealership since starting my purchase and I am still currently awaiting a call to let me know my second key is ready. And no rear air! More
