Then it need a main computer. Did both of those and truck still did the same thing. Now im being told it needs transmission. Couldn't tell that when they test drove it after trying to fix it the first two times. So wonder if i put a transmission in it and end up with the same result. That want be good. More

Then they promised to detail the car because it had a few nicks to give touch up paint which they never did follow up on after multiple visits and calls of trying to get in touch to the right person that was fired after I bought the car. The managers were absolutely useless ! More

Thought I had a warranty but after trying to call service adviser I get a text that it is ready and how to pay for it. I never got a estimate before the work was done. When I asked about the warranty I was told it was wearable parts. I said the rotors had the brake pads a 1/4 inch in to them and the pads were shot in 2 months. You should have did the rear brakes when I brought it in the day after I bought it and said it needed brakes. Manager told me it did not need brakes then and since I did not get a estimate he would knock 10% off the bill. I said no your not going to stiff me. I walked out on Saturday night with out my van. And had to work Monday with out it. It's my work truck. I did find that in the state of Fla if not given a estament for work befor it is done you dont owe them xxxx. Sales team was pushy when i went in to look at used vans. When going in for any service the first thing that they want to do is the computer scan and charge you for it. Even though it was under warranty and it covers it.. I feel as though the warranty is a joke .. I will not be back for any more service from them or to buy another van.9 More
Worst Experience of my life I have taken the time to explain to you the horrible experience that I had at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership on Arlington Road in Jacksonville FL. My I have taken the time to explain to you the horrible experience that I had at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership on Arlington Road in Jacksonville FL. My boyfriend and I went into the dealership looking for a Dodge Charger. On November 26, 2016 I received a text from Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership’s manager Wayne. He texted me about black Friday deals they were having at the dealership and that me and my boyfriend should come in to see if we could get a dodge charger at a rate that would be comfortable for me and him. We went into the dealership that day and Juan Lugo showed us two chargers. The payment that we wanted to be at was 450, but after being explained that it was a more expensive car and it was literally impossible to get me there without a down payment we said we would do 550. They said the lowest they could do was in the 560’s so we left. After getting home that day we discussed that 550 was still very high for a car payment and so we were just going to wait until we were more financially stable to get a new car. On November 27th I received several phone calls and texts from the dealership all day long while I was working. It was annoying and unrelenting. My phone did not stop buzzing and ringing with calls and texts from him asking me to come in because he thought they could get me the rate we needed. I had to sneak to the bathroom to call one of them back so they could stop bothering me. After I was off from work, I texted Wayne back and explained that right now we don’t think we are financially ready to take on a new car at the moment. He then texted me back and said that we could shoot for $530 but please come in. I was off of work really late and decided I would see what I would do the next day. On November 28th I texted Wayne back and asked if I could come in at 12 and we could discuss the charger. When I got to the dealership, they already had the charger pulled up and washed. Wayne said that they could do the $550. He did not even address the fact that it was more than we wanted. I asked about the $530 and he said they couldn’t do that and then went on to say that this is a car I really want and I deserve the one I want and it is well worth the payment and I will love it. He did not even give me a chance to say a word. The pressure was definitely on especially after all the phone calls. I knew I should have walked away but I proceeded with the paperwork. When I got to the time for paying, the payment would be $558 if I put down a down payment. I had previously said I was not going to put any money down. He completely disregarded me and my wishes. I did not want to put any money down so it brought the payment up to $567. This was very disappointing to me and a much higher payment than what was discussed, but I had already started the paperwork and so just decided I would figure out a way to pay it. Then the finance person doing my paperwork asked me if I wanted gap insurance. This brought the payment up to $585 monthly. So I declined because this was too far above what I had wanted to originally pay. The finance person was very rude to me after I declined and even said and I quote “If gap insurance is too much for you to pay maybe you shouldn’t even be buying a car. This is a huge deal so I hope you are an excellent driver and never hit anything because if you do you’ll be paying it off forever and you won’t have a car.” The rest of the conversation he was rolling his eyes and mad that I didn’t get the gap insurance, but I was more concerned about the payment and I asked if the payment could be reduced and I still get gap, but he said no. Later that evening my boyfriend and I returned to the dealership together to finish up the paperwork. Another finance person was able to get us a discount so we could get gap insurance this brought the payment up to $572. We finished signing everything and my boyfriend drove the car to work. The next morning my good financial sense overrode my desire to see my boyfriend get the car he wanted. The payment was extremely high and I decided, right now, it was just too much for us to take on and still live comfortably. I contacted my sales rep Juan and told him that I could not do these payments and I would like to give the car back. He did not say that I could not under any circumstances get my car back. He did not say that the dealership policy was no returns. He said I would need to speak to a manager. I went into the dealership after work and spoke with the finance manager Mo. I got to the dealership at 6:45 still within the 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle, since we finished signing our paperwork around 7. Mo explained to me that since all the paperwork was finalized there was nothing they could do at this point. I told him that I just bought the car yesterday and I’m still within 24 hours. He said that their policy is once you drive the car off the lot it is yours and they do not do returns. The reality is that there was something that they could have done, they just did not want to. The ink was not even dry. That paperwork was not finalized. I was shocked. Mo said that all he could do was put me in something with a lower payment. I then asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and he said his general manager would be in the next day at 9:00. On November 30th I returned to the dealership at 9 to speak with the general manager and he said the same thing that Mo said and that there was nothing he could do but put me in a car with a lower payment. I then asked if I could talk to the owner and he said that I could not but he would call and ask him for me. Is there also a policy that prohibits me from speaking to the owner. I would think that the integrity of the company would mean more to the owner. I would think that he would not want bad publicity and information being disseminated that at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership on Arlington Road in Jacksonville FL, they take advantage of young people and have no regard. He then walked away from me saying he was going to call the owner. He left for a little while and was back within 5 minutes saying that the owner said that they would not unwind the deal. He was back so quickly I felt like he barely even pleaded my case if he even called the owner at all. I was left with no other choice but to pick out a car that I really didn’t want to get a lower payment. I take full responsibility for signing the paperwork. I was blinded for the moment by my love for my boyfriend and my desire to see him get the car he wanted. I would think that there would be honesty and compassion in the sales process, but I found that not to be true at Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I know you still have my car and I want it back. More
Worst ear buying experience ever! Went in to the dealership one afternoon about 7 PM to look at a used car that we seen on the dealer's website. We were quick to realize that the cars shown online do not exist although the salesman was not eager to tell us it was so. In fact they never admitted to it rather just ignored that a website was even available. After a while they brought a car around for us to see and let us drive it. We agreed we liked the car. Here is where the experience goes bad. I told them I did not want to pay the price they were wanting. Then the high pressure/brain washing started. We went back and forth many times with different salesmen, started over a few times. Finally at 10 PM I announced I was leaving. They followed me out the door all the way to my car. Bottom line is I don't trust them. The website is a lie and the salesmen want to make a deal that makes them happy. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if they gave me the car!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought a brand new Dodge Dart and have had nothing but issue after issue with it. Finally got it taken care of with the lemon law and attorneys. But I bought a brand new Dodge Dart and have had nothing but issue after issue with it. Finally got it taken care of with the lemon law and attorneys. But the dealership was so unfriendly with the entire deal, scanned my phone calls and never, not once returned a phone call. They treat you like you don't exist and mean nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even a worst enemy. More
