The reason that car dealers get at bad name My husband was ready to trade in his car and was wanting to trade in for a Jeep Cherokee. He had done his research and knew almost exactly what he wanted. He took his car in to make sure that he could get a decent trade in deal. While they were checking out his car, he talked with a salesman about what he wanted. He gave him his specifications and the TOP THING on the list was that he needed leather interior. The first salesman GUARANTEED that he could get him leather. When he finally found the vehicle that he wanted to purchase it didn't have leather, but the salesman told him that wasn't a problem and again GUARANTEED that he could work getting leather installed and work it into the note. He didn't purchase that day, because he wanted to make 100% sure that he wanted THAT vehicle and decide if he thought that what they were giving him for his trade in was acceptable. He called back the next day to let them know that he was ready to do the deal, and would be in later that day to finish. He talked to them again that day because he wanted to MAKE SURE that he was going to get exactly what he wanted which included the leather that he had been GUARANTEED because it was necessary that he have leather interior. He was once again told that it wouldn't be a problem and that they most definitely could work it into the deal. He arrived at the dealership at around 3:30. (The original salesman was off that day so they assigned a new one) Austin took the relevant information to get started with the financial part. He asked them (again) to make sure and work in leather into the deal and again was told that it wouldn't be a problem, and that they would get it done. Fast forward to NINE O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. He was STILL sitting there waiting for them to finish up all the paper work, etc that needed to be done. Everyone else was gone and all that were there were the finance manager, Austin his salesman, and him. The finance manager gets everything done and signed and then my husband asked when he could schedule an appointment to come an get his leather done. The finance manager looked at him like he was crazy, and told him that nobody had informed him that it was suppose to be worked into the deal. So we walked away without the leather we were GUARANTEED several times and honestly now not real happy with our purchase. When you buy a BRAND NEW CAR, when you spend that much money on a purchase, you should get exactly what you want. The fact that it was promised SEVERAL times and we didn't get it, is very disappointing. They should have made it right. Even if it meant redoing the deal. It wasn't my husband's fault that he was there for over SIX hours for them to do that one deal. I have always hated the car buying process and especially because you never know if you're getting what you're being promised. Car salesman are notorious for being lying, cheating, thief's and making promises that they don't produce on. When things like this happen, it only confirms to me that the stereo type is true. We even called back and talked to the manager and he offered a tank of gas to us since they didn't do what they promised. A tank of gas???!!! Really??! Because that is equal to leather interior right? I have a friend who is a finance manager in my home town in Amarillo, TX ... over 1300 miles away. From now on, I will return home to purchase a car from HIS dealership because I KNOW that they are honest. (Trust me ... they are the most honest dealership I've ever worked with and it has nothing to do with him. All the employees are amazing) It's sad that people have to lie to make money. Just be honest to begin with. If you can't give me leather, just tell me from the beginning. Karma WILL come back around. More

False promises to false documents We bought 2 vehicles here giving the sales rep one xxxx of a commission check. The monthly payment we were told 1 vehicle would be was increased by $40 from the time of agreeing to us recieving our documents from the lender. Bought that vehicle 2 months ago and gets 11 xxxx mpgs so thought we would trade it in. Once again we were promised they could make it work since both cars are theirs. The guy who made this commitment to me wouldn't even come out his xxxx office to speak to me once they couldn't follow through. This place is garbage and a scam. Only about money and not about customer service. Stay far away from here, they will rake you over the coals. Plus they are way over any kelly blue book or NADA values. More

Purchased 2 vehicles from here ( Im crazy for going back) on our Jeep Wrangler purchase we contemplated if we wanted to trade in one of our vehicles or not. Our salesman ( who is now a manager) told me to buy the Jeep and then go take my Ford Fusion back to the dealer and drop it off and tell them I didn't want it anymore..WHAT?!!! and then he proceeded to tell us to "just buy the Jeep" everyone needs to have at least something nice in their home.!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so we left. We went to another dealership and found a great deal, I called back and asked if they could do better and I was told " I guarantee we WILL do better", came back and they acted like they didn't know who we were, same salesman and all. We've also had the Jeep in for service, when I picked it up, the front grill was smashed and dented and it sounded like an airplane. I took it back and they said a part needed to be ordered. When they informed me to bring in again they ordered the wrong part. I waited an additional 3 months for a part only to find out that it ( the part) was at the shop the entire time. Service dept took my Jeep to a fast food restaurant and rove back on the lot with windows down, radio blaring and im eating a burger..in my Jeep. and this is just a portion of what has happened regarding the Jeep. In Feb 2018 bought a new Dodge Journey, picked one with added features. However, these features do not work. I have been back 11 times and they say "it works fine", however, it doesnt work still. I have a hard time understanding why there is a bumper to bumper warranty and they wont fix it. On May 16th I received a text message from my service advisor that my car was ready to pick up and I could view my invoice in my email. I responded asking "how is this possible" since I was at work with my car and hadnt been in there is the past 3 weeks. No response. I checked my email and indeed there was an invoice for services performed on my car on 5/16/18. No one will explain to me how that is possible. Sales staff is rude, uneducated and most unprofessional. It's very evident when you walk in the door that the only thing they care about is making a commission. Buying a car is a big exspense and should be done so with a salesman that actually cares about what you want and what you can afford not what He wants you to buy so he can make a sale. I came in with a very good credit, however, they like to run your credit through as many banks as possible...they put 33 hard inquiries on my credit report. 3 months later and I am still receiving letters of accepted credit from lenders and banks. If you are set on a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle there are much better places to go. Rick Keffer in Yulee, DARCARS in Orange Prrk or Garber Automall. Save yourself, the headaches and hassle. Stay Away from JCJDR! More
All smiles and high fives until you have an issue This dealership will treat you great through the initial buying process the borderline harass you and disrespect you, your wife, and your family. This This dealership will treat you great through the initial buying process the borderline harass you and disrespect you, your wife, and your family. This has happened to my wife an I twice in under a years time but the first time the owner Tommy handled everything and took care of us for his employees unprofessionalism. So we gave It a second try and same result. Had a few family medical situations arise and was unable to come in early then we would have wanted. Try to explain this situation to finance manager won began overspeaking me and then cursed ast me multiple times while yelling and being derogatory.... asked to speak to his supervisor said no and told me to come get my trade. I advised I had dealt with the owner previously and he said fine call him I don't care I hope you don't get pulled over and hung up the phone on me. I will never do business wut this dealership again I love jeeps but will made the drive to get treated with the same bcc respect and decency I gave them and that they initially had. I would put no stars if I was able to More

Worst and illegal experience! Customer service and dealer se Havent had any problems in the past, until this weekend. went into dealership to buy a Jeep and trade my Ford in. This is where it got wierd and illeg Havent had any problems in the past, until this weekend. went into dealership to buy a Jeep and trade my Ford in. This is where it got wierd and illegal (imo) They put the wrong income down. When I went to correct them, they said I had already signed the documents and owned the Jeep. I said no I want the correct income stated not something 3x what i make a month. Now this is only the second day!!! I refused to sign new contract so they produced an older one with a new bank written in and said I was locked in. It ended up that they called the police to have me removed from the building so other customers wouldnt hear this. DO NOT GOT TO THIS DEALER. One of the owners Tommy Ulman likes to say he doesnt have customers but family! I hope he doesnt treat family the way I have been treated at the dealership./ More

I was promised that I would receive a key and an owners manual in a week or two. I did receive the key after 3 weeks but it took many phone calls. As for the manual it has been 2 months and I still do not have it. Many calls to Juan and lots of excuses but still no owners manual. During the sale these guys were smiling and shaking my hand after the sale they have become invisible.. I will NEVER purchase another car from these guys. If they can't supply a simple thing like an owners manual how would they handle a big problem.....terrible service after the sale More
Lies to close a deal My husband and I bought a 2016 Challenger about a month ago. The finance guy, named Moe, stated that as part of the deal, I would be given a $500 referral check. We already made our 1st car payment this month and still I haven’t received the referral check. When I followed up with Moe, I was advised Heather from accounting would be contacting me the same day... that was 2 weeks ago. Since, I left several messages with Heather, Moe, and company site with no response. NO ONE from this dealership has contacted me or my husband about the status of the referral payment I was promised. At this point, it seems that we were lied to just to close a car deal. I will never do business with this dealership again! More
