After texting withDeborah about a newly acquired 2016 Jeep Saturday afternoon/evening, I scheduled a time Sunday to view. I arrived as scheduled after over a 2 hour drive. I was greeted by Tessa, the oth Jeep Saturday afternoon/evening, I scheduled a time Sunday to view. I arrived as scheduled after over a 2 hour drive. I was greeted by Tessa, the other manager I was told, and she went to grab the keys. We were then handed off to Austin for some paperwork. He started asking questions about the type of Jeep we wanted. I explained that we were interested in the Jeep we located through USAA Buying Service. He said he’d go get the keys. He returned empty handed and explained that Jeep had been sitting on the lot a long time that it needed a new head gasket. I said that I didn’t understand that it was advertised as a certified vehicle. He said that it would be a certified vehicle once the broken head gasket was replace, but the keys weren’t even available. I said that I was advised the Jeep was just acquired, and he said there was miscommunication. He then tried to talk me into looking at another vehicle or a lease, but my gut told me he was lying. So, we turned around and made the over two hour trip back home. On the way, my daughter discovered where the vehicle had been updated to sold status. Guess I should say thanks for the lesson in dishonesty for my child. Forget the wasted trip and gas on Mother’s Day, Austin looked lied right to our faces! Need a negative star option. More
Francis, Mario, and Sean are great salesmen. No pressure to purchase something that didn’t fit my needs and worked to find what I wanted. After “buying” the car, I get a call a week and a half later that th to purchase something that didn’t fit my needs and worked to find what I wanted. After “buying” the car, I get a call a week and a half later that they needed it back because the guy that traded it in needed it back. Long story short it was a headache and a fight to get them to fix their mistake. After 5 hours of being there, I finally left with a car I liked, but the situation never should have happened in the first place. More

Terrible experience I paid cash and told them not to run my credit since I was paying cash for the car. They wouldn't need to since I would NOT be financing. Tried to g I paid cash and told them not to run my credit since I was paying cash for the car. They wouldn't need to since I would NOT be financing. Tried to get me to sign a release to run my credit. I told them again, I was paying CASH. They need your permission to run credit. I did not sign and THEY RAN IT ANYWAY. It lowers your score. Also, what if I were purchasing a home around the same time? They tell you not to let anyone run your credit while you are applying for a mortgage. I had recently bought a home so it wasn't a big deal but THEY didn't know that. I can't believe they ran my credit without me signing the form for permission. I told them no less than FOUR times that I was paying cash for the vehicle and they had absolutely NO reason to run it. Sounds like a little thing but it really made me angry. More
Lousy service I took my Compass in for service because, all of a sudden it was telling me that all of my systems needed to be serviced. My vehicle only has 6600 mil I took my Compass in for service because, all of a sudden it was telling me that all of my systems needed to be serviced. My vehicle only has 6600 miles on it and is still under warranty. I checked in with the service department and sat down to wait. After 5 hours, I found my vehicle parked in a rear lot. It was closing time and my vehicle never made it into the building!!! During those 5 hours, nobody bothered to update me or even acknowledge I was there. Forget about bad service, no service or communication with the customer is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had to leave my vehicle because I had no idea if it was safe to drive. More
Sales awesome, Service non existent! Multiple visits to fix glove box light. Made appointment called before I drove an hour to get there, no appointment. Set appointment for today Saturda Multiple visits to fix glove box light. Made appointment called before I drove an hour to get there, no appointment. Set appointment for today Saturday, was not told all services not available on Saturday after explaining I drive over an hour to get there and don’t want to make multiple trips. I arrive at my scheduled time and you guessed it, no appointment. This has happened twice. Crappy service department. Then asked to have the services done and was told we are limited on Saturdays On What we can do. We will get to what we can. I have warranties I purchased for wheels and maintenance. I have a nail in tire. I have to pay out of pocket for new tire and contact the warranty company myself. What’s the point of selling what the public can’t use on Saturday? They want to sell you a car but can’t seem to provide the service that will bring me back to ever buy another! Sale people are great but that’s not enough to make me a repeat customer. More
constant up-sell, and pathetic post sale service. If you want to be sold something you dont want and have Terrible customer service, this place is for you Their sales department SUCKS!! I bought a If you want to be sold something you dont want and have Terrible customer service, this place is for you Their sales department SUCKS!! I bought a 2015 grand caravan from this place, and traded them my dodge journey when I did it. They then proceeded to call me about trading in my journey and trading up for the next 2.5 years. Every time they called I advised that I traded that car to them in 2015 but the calls just kept coming. Their Service department SUCKS!!! After I bought the van I had an issue with my dvd player. I dropped it off and they said it would be done by end of day. They ended up taking 4 days to fix it! Now a little over a year later the same issue is happening with the dvd player and they want to charge me $400 in diagnostic fees to determine if the issue is the same as the one they fixed. Their sales depart ment SUCKS!!! I was recently looking for a used jeep and because I am an idiot apparently, I went back to them. I emailed and advised exactly what I was looking for in the used Jeep I was trying to buy. I was very specific year range, mileage range and price range. They asked me to come in so they could show me what they had that matched what I was looking for. I went in on my lunch break and they proceeded to show me brand new and 2019 models that were no where near what I asked to see or anywhere near my price range. I BOUGHT THE USED JEEP I WANTED BUT NOT FROM THEM!!!! They will never get another dollar of my money. I will drive 4 extra miles and go to the bay meadows location or many more miles and go to the west side but Arlington Dodge will never ever get another cent from me. More
Screwing a customer over I recieved a letter so after contacting them and asking them if they had a certain model they told me yes so I looked on line and didnt see the model I recieved a letter so after contacting them and asking them if they had a certain model they told me yes so I looked on line and didnt see the model of the car so I sent a text they didnt have on their lot and the salesman's response was it only shows 30 percent and they could pull from sister stores. After going to look I found a car but they didnt want to give me anything for my trade in . I looked up kbb for the car I was trying to purchase and it they were asking 8k too much. They kept trying to put me in other vehicles. I would definitely not recommend them and if you do go there make sure you do your homework first. More
Horrible This dealership gave me the vehicle I didn’t even want and now they are not taking it back and giving me the vehicle I want and now there telling me I This dealership gave me the vehicle I didn’t even want and now they are not taking it back and giving me the vehicle I want and now there telling me I would owe them $10,000 becuase the truck isn’t worth as much as I paid since being off the lot a week ago. I specifically asked for an all black on black Dodge Ram 1500 4 wheel drive and came home with 2 wheel drive. All they care about is the money and aren’t willing to help for the mistake they made. I went there on Saturday to fix the issue and they told me to come back a week later knowing the would already be processing paperwork when they already knew it wasn’t the truck I wanted. I go there the following Wednesday and they still didn’t get me into the truck I want, but they keep running my credit score. More
Terrible Customer Service After Purchase Great experience buying my first Wrangler with Joshua. That's where this review dropped from the 5 stars I originally posted to the now revised 1 sta Great experience buying my first Wrangler with Joshua. That's where this review dropped from the 5 stars I originally posted to the now revised 1 star. Horrible experience with the total lack of customer service following the purchase. I put my new Jeep on my insurance the night I bought it, but 3 weeks later the dealership called saying my insurance said the Jeep hadn't been added. I explained that was impossible because I already received my new insurance cards. After they insisted, I called my insurance and was told the dealership had never even called them to check. I called the dealership back, but couldn't get the same person on the phone and they never returned my call. They lost the document I gave them which was necessary to receive the Tread Lightly Affiliate discount. They called me saying they never received the document, and insisted I hadn't provided it. I had to forward the document again, not only to ensure they had it but also in order to prove I had already provided it. They made an error in paying my tags and taxes, so it's been more than a month and still no tags. They told me the amount they collected and paid was too high, so they had to issue a new check to the tax office. When I asked when they would be refunding me the extra tax they collected from me, they said they would need to research the matter. That's been a week, and they still won't return my calls and emails on that matter. Had to drive on a dead temporary tag for days, even though 4 different people over a period of 4 days insisted they had overnighted a new temporary tag. The postal record proved those to be lies. Eventually it became sadly predictable as every person I called would promise to be different and return my call with an update, however all but 1 consistently proved to be reliable only in their ability to make empty promises. People answering the front desk will quickly transfer you to the same person's voicemail, even though you repeatedly ask them to transfer you to someone else and explain that the person they transferred you to is out of the office. This wasn't an issue once on one day, but multiple times on multiple days. Service department quotes more than triple the labor for the same exact work quoted by 3 other Jeep dealerships...then laughs and implies you are lying when you tell them what 3 other dealerships quoted for the same job. So in summary, Joshua in Sales is great. He will work hard to get you a good deal. I highly recommend him. Beyond Joshua, based on my personal experience over the past month, be prepared to be passed around, ignored, insulted, etc. It is truly disappointing how service prior to writing a check in excess of $50,000 is starkly different from service after....
