Jacksonville Arlington Dodge is unethical, incompetent, and will scam you out of money!!! We've had the same issue twice with the vehicle... The labor time for this repair is 1 hour. Arlington dealership c and will scam you out of money!!! We've had the same issue twice with the vehicle... The labor time for this repair is 1 hour. Arlington dealership charged 4 hours of Labor and other dealerships charged 1 hour of labor. When asked to prove that they spent 4 hours working on the vehicle they were unable to substantiate it. Or it to have taken 4 hours, that means they're in their mechanics are completely incompetent taking four times the standard time required to perform repairs... The fact that they could not substantiate that it took 4 hours to repair and it insisted on billing for four times the time frame it should take only shows that their conduct is a scam and intended to rip off its customers. We are going to be filing complaints with the consumer protection division, better business bureau, and the state attorney general as I guarantee want somebody looks into their business practices these mechanics records will have them charging 16 hours a day of labor but only working less than 8 hours a day in the building. GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
This place is super sketchy, bait and switch, waist of time, told me I could afford it without checking finances or credit, astronomically high mark up and fees, I could keep going on and on. Sounds like time, told me I could afford it without checking finances or credit, astronomically high mark up and fees, I could keep going on and on. Sounds like I’m not the only one! More
On 18 May I stopped in on my lunch to price out a new Wrangler. Of course and as expected, they completely lowballed my trade in addition to attempting to charge a market adjustment fee of $7,500. As I Wrangler. Of course and as expected, they completely lowballed my trade in addition to attempting to charge a market adjustment fee of $7,500. As I walked out the sales manager followed and offered to remove the market adjustment fee to make the deal. The next day they contacted me and offered to allow what I initially requested for my trade, matching Carvana and another CJDR dealer. However, guess what re-appeared in their offer? The "market adjustment fee" reappeared! Needless to say I am looking elsewhere. More

I call to speak to my service advisor and they transferred me to her line. It went to voicemail so I left one for her to call me back. Two hours went by so I called the dealership again. This time the person who answered the phone started asking me questions about if I had received text messages from the dealership and when I should have received them and what number I gave when I dropped the vehicle off and so on. This run around went on for a few minutes AFTER I initially asked to speak with my specific service advisor. I got frustrated with the person on the phone after making the simple request multiple times, to speak with the person I called to speak with. I was hung up on. I promptly called back and was greeted by the same person that just hung up on me. This time I requested to speak with a supervisor because a customer, upset or not, should never be hung up, especially not one who was not using profane language or name calling in their agitation. After asking to speak with a supervisor again and again the lady FINALLY transferred me to my service advisors desk line. Again, no answer. I called back and the same lady answered the phone and I told her to just put me in contact with a supervisor of some sort. This, again got me nowhere, to the point where I was asked "Sir, are you okay?" (Insinuating that I was not ok mentally), this led to me being hung up on a second time. When I called back yet again, I spoke with the same person. I was now told the only supervisor they had was on lunch, no other supervisor in the entire dealership there to supervise, no General Manager of the dealership, nothing. Just that one who happened to be on lunch. I was finally given a name of who to speak with and was transferred to their desk line. Voicemail - shocker. I am currently awaiting a call back from that person. Mind you all of this has happened and my car has not even been serviced yet ($2500 service bill). More
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I bought a pre owned truck from them. Was told they at the dealership they would track down the spare key/fob and have been getting run around ever since. I’ve call owned truck from them. Was told they at the dealership they would track down the spare key/fob and have been getting run around ever since. I’ve called almost daily for two weeks and no help what so ever. They kept the truck an extra day after I had purchased it saying “they wanted to make sure it was cleaned and good to go” I get the truck and immediately realize the Head unit/dash is having problems constantly freezing and turning off. On top of that the truck has already begun making noises and transmission is acting funny from 1st gear to 2nd. I’ve reached out to them about these issues as well and same run around game. “Oh I’ll get with so and so and we will get back to you” or the “let me call such and such and see what we can do” Needless to say if I had to rate this dealership it would be a huge 0/100. Do not do business with these people. There isn’t one truthful, reliable dealership in Jacksonville. More
Worst experience with any company ever, they committed fraud. This awful experience is way too long to write about here but basically I brought it in for a diagnostic and they kept my vehicle for three mo fraud. This awful experience is way too long to write about here but basically I brought it in for a diagnostic and they kept my vehicle for three months where I was not able to contact anybody although I tried dozens of times until one day I received certified mail stating that they put a lien on my vehicle and I would have to pay $1600 In order to get it back. The letter stated that they could do this because I was notified that the work was done but no work was done, and I never had any interaction with anybody by phone, voicemail, text, email or mail. this constitutes fraud. In the end there is no proof that anything was done, they refused to fix the issue, they refused to give me an invoice stating that anything was done, they refused to let me speak to a manager, corporate will not answer my emails. I’ve lost thousands of dollars, three months of ownership of my vehicle, days of my time and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. More
On 08/17/2021, while driving on I95 in a tremendous downpour, my "service electronic stability control" came on. One female service advisor told me I couldn't bring it in until August 26, and then a m downpour, my "service electronic stability control" came on. One female service advisor told me I couldn't bring it in until August 26, and then a male service advisor told me this is considered an emergency and to bring it in and they would work it in. So, on Wednesday morning, I took it in. I was told I could rent a car for $38 a day! I bought this vehicle new from this dealership on September 19, 2019. Anyway, I left it, and after making a post on their FB page, they called and told me they had a rental for me, which I picked up on Friday, the 19th. On Saturday, the 20th, they called and told me there was extensive damage underneath my vehicle and that it was going to cost $2,480 to fix the damage it caused in my vehicle. First, I haven't hit anything! I think I would know if I had hit something. Nothing wrong with the car's alignment. I sent two text messages to the service advisor (Lisa Lewis) and asked for a description of the "extensive damage" underneath my vehicle and an itemized cost of the repairs. She never did say anything about repairing the damage underneath the vehicle. No response. Finally, the phone rang; it was Lisa - "you forgot to fill the loaner up and it's going to cost about $30. They charge $4/gallon for gas, which means I used a little over 7 gallons, and I didn't drive but 70 miles. By this time I was so furious I told her to go ahead and charge it, that I was getting rid of the Jeep tomorrow and hung up the phone. I am furious! I will NEVER buy another Jeep again! Their service department sucks. They don't return phone calls. And, they are sketchy when telling you what's wrong. More
