I was charged $199 for a second key and have not received one almost a year later. When inquired about it they said I bought an "insurance policy" on a lost key and have refused to make me a second key. I ha one almost a year later. Then, he explained about the "Market adjustment" and how they lost money during Covid. I asked a question and he didn't answer it. These people are horrible and don't care about anyone.
