I tried working with Vinh Phung at Jackson Nissan to purchase a new Nissan Rogue. He gave me a really high price, claiming it's low because it's below manufacturer list price. I put the ball in Jackson Nissan's court to give a better offer. Then, he rudely said I was not being "reasonable" just because I didn't accept the first offer they made. That is not being unreasonable in the slightest. If Vinh thinks being rude is going to make me more willing to hand him over a large sum of money, he miscalculated. More

I asked how my tires were rotated without taking them off the car. He went back to the tech, who nodded yes. Then he pointed at the window where I stood, after which he nodded no. While waiting longer, another customer complained his bill was a lot higher than his quote; the excuse was the part price went up overnight. As they lowered my car, I asked why they didn't inspect the exhaust rattle he said they would easily take care of. Up she goes again! By now an elderly gentleman asked if they had washed his car as they promised. Nope, we're too busy to do that today was the response. Finally finished, my bill was a WHOPPING $180 more than the WRITTEN quote. Excuse? Software upgrade, prices are wrong. Finally, on the way home, I smelled antifreeze. I pulled over to find the cap loose, and antifreeze all over the engine compartment and exterior paint next to a 2" scratch that still had metal hanging off of it. No help, they say, it was fine when it left. Never again. More
