I was there for a recall service on my Kia Sorento and was taken care of at my appointed time. There were comfortable seating areas to wait. Everyone was quite nice. The service I received was amazing. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is when I called to make my appointment I informed them my tire had a nail on the side and would have to be repla The only reason I only gave 4 stars is when I called to make my appointment I informed them my tire had a nail on the side and would have to be replaced. I got there early and sat for almost an hour before they informed me they had to order the tire. I left my vehicle there and went home. They got the tire around 3pm and told me it would be done by 4pm. I got there at 4:30 and still had to wait another 1.5 hours before they finished it. More
