Christmas Eve Service First time at dealer as I purchased a used KIA and needed a few things done. Leslie was my service agent and spent time with me and explained the proc First time at dealer as I purchased a used KIA and needed a few things done. Leslie was my service agent and spent time with me and explained the process, facilities for customers, and walked me out to my car when worked was completed to show that what I needed done was in fact completed. I forgetfully came back an hour after I left to see if they could take a quick look at a gas cap and Devin actually walked back out to the parking lot to determine if I needed a new one for Leslie to ring up. Very happy with Smith KIA service. More

Whistling noice in my new KIA Sportage 2nd time back. 1st time replaced windshield. Did not solve problem. Brought back, without question, said it is fixed with a new bumper. Had to go out of town so I don’t really know if it’s fixed this time till I have an opportunity to test it. Other than it not being ready after leaving it for 6 days, the service and Leslie was very understanding which makes it more acceptable with a brand new car in for service twice for the same problem More
