Worst service ever -- nothing done, rude staff Rude staff. Did nothing except changing the oil while so many other services were needed. Liars! It was mentioned in my profile that the cabin filter needs to get replaced next time. They didn't do it and said they had no time while it was 12:20 when I got my car ready. They printed a paper claiming everything is in good condition while from last service I know 3 items need to be addressed, replaced, or fixed such as cabin filter. And again, she was absolutely rude. Acting like I am lying. Arguing with me over nothing. More

Found and fixed anothers mistake I had the oil changed at the dealer I bought my car from in Orlando and they didn't tighten the oil drain plug. I went on vacation and drove over 2000 I had the oil changed at the dealer I bought my car from in Orlando and they didn't tighten the oil drain plug. I went on vacation and drove over 2000 miles leaking oil. I didn't know until I got home and saw the huge puddle in my driveway. When I called the dealer they told me to go to Smith Kia. I did and they fixed the problem and put oil back into my car. When I buy my next Soul I will be going to Smith. More
