Had my Kia Sedona there for an altered replacement and oil c Good service. My only complaint is the phone system and actually talking to the correct person even after I selected 2 for the service department. I w Good service. Expensive I went for a $19.95 oil change,fluids check, and tire rotation. My bill ended up being over $276 . I have lived in the same place for 17 years and have owned Chevy and GMC vehicles and have never had a problem with brake shoes and drums because I live near the ocean. They also charged me for a battery check which I did not request. More

My husband enjoyed roaming the new car lot and I enjoyed the waiting room. They had beverages and fresh fruit available along with tv and reading materials to pass the time. We are very satisfied with this dealership so far and will look there first when time for our next vehicle. More
Disappointed! Once again I got my car back within an hour, HOWEVER, the Sunpass device was knocked off the front windshield and found laying on the floor and for so Once again I got my car back within an hour, HOWEVER, the Sunpass device was knocked off the front windshield and found laying on the floor and for some reason the lights were put into to "off" position instead of being one "auto" where I ALWAYS keep it. Seems every time I bring the care in there are issues like this when I get the care from service. I assume the work was completed that needed to be done. I cannot mention any employee by name as none identified themselves. There was a young lady who was very helpful and courteous, she mentioned she had only been there for five days, but I do not know the name of the man training here. More
