Great Service Experience It was Saturday morning and I realized I needed to get my car serviced (Oil Change & Tire Rotation) before my Son went back to school after spring bre It was Saturday morning and I realized I needed to get my car serviced (Oil Change & Tire Rotation) before my Son went back to school after spring break. Scheduled an appointment online for 10am and in a little while received an email confirming my appointment. Brought car in at scheduled time and was back out the door about 1 1/2 hours later. May have been a little sooner, but I had walked over to Walmart to pick up a few things. Service was complete, car washed and ready to go. Timing worked out great and Kristi was very helpful. More

Service contract standard Oil Change I brought my Kia Forte in for its standard contract servicing. I was checked in by Kristi Black who was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained about how long my service may take and detailed the amenities available to me as I wait, including a shuttle service to Merritt Square Mall which was a delight to hear about. The service was completed in just under an hour (the fastest I have experienced yet). Kristi notified me that my car was ready and reviewed each service performed. She then checked me out and walked me to my car, where I found that my Forte had been washed and dried, my favorite amenity that you offer. I chose to offer the highest marks available because this service day was top notch. From my first interactions with Kristi Black, until I drove off of the lot. I LOVE MY KIA FORTE!
