Over and above I had what I thought to be a small issue, the touch screen on the radio/media etc. unit had slipped down about about 1/2 ". ... everything worked fine I had what I thought to be a small issue, the touch screen on the radio/media etc. unit had slipped down about about 1/2 ". ... everything worked fine, just could see/feel top edge of touch screen. Thought they could just get in there and push it back up. But no, they had to order and replace the whole radio unit. ... Because of my work schedule it was difficult to find time to bring in my Kia, so Matthew in service dept, had me come by after work one day drop off my car, pick a loaner, return next day after work. All done...EZ...plus my car had been washed and detailed.... I hope service doesn't change when Smith Kia moves to new and bigger location. More

A little disappointed this time I was disappointed this service experience. They only had one person checking in cars/customers & it took approximately 45 minutes to drop off my car I was disappointed this service experience. They only had one person checking in cars/customers & it took approximately 45 minutes to drop off my car for an oil change. I was also disappointed that I didn't get my courtesy car wash! I asked about it & was assured it would be washed & it was not. The service person who checked me in was very helpful but I think they need additional people checking cars in!! More

She was informative, made the experience comfortable and explained the various free services that Smith Kia offers their customers to help with the wait time. I was only there for an oil change, but I didn't have to wait long. Jason was my service Technician. I was surprised to see a completed inspection sheet. I drive a long way from South Titusville and sometimes I had a long wait, but the attention to customer comfort at Smith Kia makes the long round trip worth it. Yes, there are other much closer places to go for my service, but for me, if the service is friendly, then making the long round trip drive is worth it. More
