Recall made simple! So my KIA Soul could have caught fire unexpectedly....the recall meant an inconvenience if time for an inspection...but what’s a time investment when So my KIA Soul could have caught fire unexpectedly....the recall meant an inconvenience if time for an inspection...but what’s a time investment when lives could be at risk? An hour plus an hours’ round trip drive to the dealership...worth the potential saving if lives! But Smith KIA’s dealership was incredibly quick and efficient! In and out; new part installed and fully covered under warranty—plus a car wash all in an hour tops! Incredible and all staff was very accommodating...couldn’t recommend them all any more highly! Engine was running rough and check engine light on They were able to find the problem in a timely manner, even though we brought the car in on a busy Saturday. Oil change and recall done I was given prompt service by Milton, the service advisor. I was shown the waiting area which was comfortable with TV and coffee.
