Complete lack of communication from this team. Phone is nearly impossible to be answered. I was given a timeline of when a part that was needed to fix my car would arrive and a whole month later I Phone is nearly impossible to be answered. I was given a timeline of when a part that was needed to fix my car would arrive and a whole month later I am still waiting. I am incredibly laid back but when I don’t hear anything back about my car that I haven’t had since the beginning of February and I call and I am made to feel annoying like I call too much it’s incredibly frustrating.
