I told him I was loo This summer I was looking for cars for my daughter, my mother, and myself. I decided to stop by Smith Kia, where Will greeted me. I told him I was looking for brochures, but not ready to buy. He gave me info, took my name and number, and called me politely to check on my needs a couple of weeks later. After checking with a few more dealerships, which were high pressure, I decided to go back to Will. He was so flexible and helpful and genuinely nice, that my family decided to buy a total of three cars from him within a couple of weeks. Best decision, and service, ever! He has called to check in us since, just to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend Will HIGHLY!!! More

Wonderful Experience I was looking for a new used car for my son, we went all over Btevard county, we pulled into Smith Kia where we were greeted by Jake Summers. Jake immediately impressed me with his product knowledge and his no pressure attitude. I have poor to moderate credit and have had trouble finding a car that would fit our needs at a payment that we could afford. Jake took the time to figure out our needs and to find a car within our budget. With all that said we were in and out in less than 2 hours, and in a car that was what we we looking for. I would reccomend Jake to anyone who is in the market for a new/used car here in Brevard county. More

Will met me at the door and I told him what I wanted. We looked at two cars and I decided on one. We negotiated the price and Will never degraded other dealers or other cars. He also accepted how I wanted to pay for the car and got the paperwork done quickly. He offered to help me set up some of the functions on the car, too, and has checked back to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Overall, he was great and the dealership, too. More
