Disappointed! Seems every time I bring the care in there are issues like this when I get the care from service. I assume the work was completed that needed to be done. I cannot mention any employee by name as none identified themselves. There was a young lady who was very helpful and courteous, she mentioned she had only been there for five days, but I do not know the name of the man training here. More

I took my 2017 Sportage in for pro-active check up. I appreciated Kia taking the initiative and sending letters on a technical matter before it became really important or dangerous. I love my Kia! Leslie has always been very helpful and professional with a smile. Her time estimates are spot on and she does a great job reviewing the checklist and any other concerns, before and after servicing. When I'm off property, she calls me and when I'm in the waiting area, she comes and finds me. Devin has been very helpful answering my systems questions about the Niro and is a very competent technician. I put a lot of miles on my Niro in very short time and Devin's work has never failed me. What a great young man to have on any team. I'm in my 50's and have dealt with many service teams over the years and these two people are my favorite. Smith Kia has my confidence and respect. Although I bought my Niro at another dealer, Smith Kia's service has been outstanding and my next vehicle purchase will be with them. Thank you guys for being so awesome! More
