Service contract standard Oil Change I brought my Kia Forte in for its standard contract servicing. I was checked in by Kristi Black who was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She expl I brought my Kia Forte in for its standard contract servicing. I was checked in by Kristi Black who was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained about how long my service may take and detailed the amenities available to me as I wait, including a shuttle service to Merritt Square Mall which was a delight to hear about. The service was completed in just under an hour (the fastest I have experienced yet). Kristi notified me that my car was ready and reviewed each service performed. She then checked me out and walked me to my car, where I found that my Forte had been washed and dried, my favorite amenity that you offer. I chose to offer the highest marks available because this service day was top notch. From my first interactions with Kristi Black, until I drove off of the lot. I LOVE MY KIA FORTE! Returned to Dealer to pick up car. Paperwork was ready, Cashier was in place, and I was on my within a few minutes. Overall a pleasant experience. More
