very,very long wait for credit manager (4 hours) besides the long wait, everything else okay. Freddy Espinosa was a marvelous salesperson. Caring, personal service that made a bad situation good. We are Canadian and were driving from Jupiter Florida back to Canada. We were stopping in Cocoa Beach for the night to visit friends on our way Nort We are Canadian and were driving from Jupiter Florida back to Canada. We were stopping in Cocoa Beach for the night to visit friends on our way North. As we were approaching 520 hwy we started hearing unusual noise when we excellerated. The car stopped completely as we rounded the intersection on Atlantic Avenue. Called AAA for a tow. When he arrived he told us to check the oil. Needed 4 quarts. . Very confusing since no oil or engine light ever went on. We were going to leave at 5 a.m. the next day but decided to wait and have it checked at the Kia dealership. Milton greeted us at the service area with a smile and showed us to the waiting room and invited us to take advantage of a snack or refreshment as he looked at our car. We waited for about 1/2 an hour before he was back and told us we needed a new engine! We were in shock! He also added that they were getting in touch with Kia Canada to check on our warranty and would be back. He returned with Big Mike and we were shown into his office and Mike informed us that the engine was under warranty and their dealership had rented us a car while we had to wait and had searched and found us a new engine . It would hopefully be ready to go in 5 days. We would have to pay for our accommodations but to us that was minor compared to what was being taken care of. Our engine did not arrived by the Monday expected but Milton kept in close contact with us every work day and kept us updated. The engine finally arrived the next Thursday morning and they double shifted the installation so we could have our car that day! My husbands medication was running out and because we were from another country we couldn’t get ant drug renewal. Although we understood we were getting concerned about this problem as we are seniors. Milton is the best! He made us feel like we were the most important people at the time and our problem was his. Always taking the positive side and keeping us informed. Big Mike was extremely good. Felt we were in good hands at all times. We really needed that reassurance. Even Kim the women who answered the phone was personable and concerned. We called on a number of occasions over our 10 day stay. The car ran beautifully all the way back to Canada so my assumption is that the job was well done under the hood. I have no doubt it was. We have nothing but confidence in this dealership. More
Windshield washer not working. Windshield washer fluid wasn’t dispensing at all. Service rep Milton was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in until he handed me the keys. T Windshield washer fluid wasn’t dispensing at all. Service rep Milton was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in until he handed me the keys. The warranty took care of the issue with no out of pocket costs to me. Turn around was quick and received a complementary car wash. I will certainly come back. More

Great experience, better than i expected. I went there for a concern with my vehicle, and the service mechanic immediately discovered a problem with a prior repair from a different shop. The problem was diagnosed and repairs were made much to my satisfaction. And the original problem was dealt with great satisfaction. I liked the attention from the Service manager, Matt LeBlanc.
