Purchased our Sorento S in March '21, a very good experience. Had 1st servicing done 8-10-21. All was done well and we were on our way in about 90 minutes. We went in with the intent of purchase a brand new vehicle but we wanted to see if they just wanted our money or actually cared so we said we wanted to sell and come back. The sales man takes the info vehicle but we wanted to see if they just wanted our money or actually cared so we said we wanted to sell and come back. The sales man takes the info and offers us $8,000 less than we have been offered and $9,000 kbb with the info about the. He comes back and goes over the car fax like we have never seen then and know nothing about it (we are original owners which we told them) before I could finish what I was saying about the price is flips the paper over and says then you should just take the offers with a bad attitude. This dealer is not a dealer that cares. They only want your money and to screw you. More
