My daughter took her KIA to Cocoa Kia and Shawn was so great. I decided to buy a Kia for my next car. When we had trouble with it I turned to Cocoa KIA and Shawn to help me. He worked with the insurance great. I decided to buy a Kia for my next car. When we had trouble with it I turned to Cocoa KIA and Shawn to help me. He worked with the insurance so I didn’t have to. Shawn is always smiling and greets me by name. I feel like family and not like some dealerships that only care about making a buck. Even though I didn’t buy my car at Cocoa (because they didn’t have what I wanted and I didn’t want to wait) they treated me like I did. Richard and all of the service department employees were amazing! I don’t live near Cocoa and had an unfortunate incident with my Sedona.
