Cocoa kia is by far the best place to have your car service. The guys up front that check you in are knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me updated frequently and have a nice waiting area were they of service. It's worth the extra miles to for me to go to Cocoa Kia for service. Greenway Kia in Orlando (where they are rude, don't acknowledge customers, and gave me the wrong part even with vin#) needs to train wi for service. Greenway Kia in Orlando (where they are rude, don't acknowledge customers, and gave me the wrong part even with vin#) needs to train with Cocoa Kia's staff to learn excellent customer service. I have taken my Sorento to Cocoa Kia 3 times in the last few months for oil change, etc. and worked with Trey Nelems, Rick Boyle, and Shawn Flanary. On all 3 occasions, I pulled into the service bay and was immediately greeted at my car. They asked if I would be waiting there and made sure that I knew where the hospitality area was. On my first visit, Trey escorted me to the hospitality area instead of pointing in the general direction. They all made sure I knew that I was welcome to the snacks and beverages, and periodically checked on me and gave me updates. I watched them do the same with other customers. On one visit, I ended up needing additional maintenance. Rick Boyle made sure I knew what my options were and showed me the brochure with the prices so I could make a good decision. Spending a boatload of money on vehicle maintenance is never any fun, but having excellent customer service throughout the process makes it a little easier to swallow. On my 85K visit Shawn Flanary showed me their scheduled maint. brochure so that I would have a good idea of the recommended maintenance & prices for the 90K visit. Then I could budget for it, and wouldn't feel like I was sidelined when I returned in a couple months. It is obvious that someone has trained Cocoa Kia staff to provide excellent customer service. They REALLY pay attention to details: they clean the car, make sure the paper mat is removed before you get into the car, escort you to your car to make sure all is well, and they had even put my seat back in place for me! My spouse and I don't even do that for each other! Kudos to Trey, Rick and Shawn, and Kudos to whoever is in charge of making sure staff provide phenomenal service! More
Inquired about a new Kia. Was told there was an up charge of nearly $5000 over MSRP! This is such BS! I know some other dealers are doing this as well and we need to remember the dealers that are doing this! of nearly $5000 over MSRP! This is such BS! I know some other dealers are doing this as well and we need to remember the dealers that are doing this! When things get back to normal, boycott these dealers! More
