Recently, I needed an oil change, wheel balancing, and tire rotation, but Jackson KIA also recommended additional services for the 60k maintenance, which they clearly explained. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were transparent about the costs when bundling services. The staff was attentive and accommodating, working with my schedule to get the service done. I drive a KIA Sportage SX as my commuter car, and it's been running smoothly with regular maintenance. I trust Jackson KIA to handle everything professionally, and if any issues arise, they take responsibility and fix them. That's what really matters to me. More

I was very surprised that I was going to get what I did. Luis Guadalupe was a great guy.. if it wasn’t for Luis’s personality and kindness I would not have gotten the car I could tell he wasn’t so pushy, bu Luis Guadalupe was a great guy.. if it wasn’t for Luis’s personality and kindness I would not have gotten the car I could tell he wasn’t so pushy, but really meant business and was so kind generous and was really sincere.. took his time with me .. i really appreciate him so very much.. A few times I was going to back out due to a different guy coming in and really being rude!! I can’t remember his name, but I wished I did but due to Luis staying calm with me and talking things over and explaining things better than the other guy ( that I was about to get up and walk out twice… this guy Luis knew how to keep his cool, and explain the features that I needed to know about the car That I love and always Love 💕 ( Kia Souls) it’s my 4 th) they are th Best of the Best i wouldn’t trade it for nothing else…! And if you want anyone to explain a Kia to you… ask for LUIS Guadalupe He knows his cars his business.. but i myself have to say is very very kind to the ones he will be talking or offering to sell or maybe trade in for a different car… as he did excellent with me I’m Rosie Larner i couldn’t say anything bad about this guy at all… he deserves a Raise $$$ More
