The dealership service area was great. I was greeted as soon as I got there. They had my car back right away. They assessed it and told me things to look for and be aware of coming up but I was greeted as soon as I got there. They had my car back right away. 3 months ago, bought a Mercedes Benz GLC300 2020. The engine blew up last Thursday at 63,000 miles. Phoned dealership immediately. I was hung up on and have not received a call in return 5 days later. I have consulted with an attorney and want to give Jackson Kia an opportunity to correct this engine that should have lasted 150,000 to 300,000 according to the Mercedes Benz US corporate office, but I am getting no where. I need help. Asked to speak to my salesperson, finance, and manager. Not calls returned. Very disappointing and disrespectful. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them. More
