Good customer service, didn't get the vehicle we initially wanted which was somewhat disappointing... Also I brought up a clunk in the front end of the vehicle which I was told was shock/strut noise initially wanted which was somewhat disappointing... Also I brought up a clunk in the front end of the vehicle which I was told was shock/strut noise (which I was 95% sure it was not) turns out it was a tie rod click/clunk (which is what I thought it was).
