I had Googled a car I wanted to purchase prior to coming into the shop. I told coworkers about Jackson Auto East and they had nothing but good things to say. Gary listened to my concerns and had me test drive a Malibu, which I later ended up purchasing. Gary was very responsive to emails and was both personable and professional throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the pressure to buy a car and I didn't feel taken advantage of as a woman. I felt heard, validated and respected both as a person and a customer. Everyoane at the dealership is very kind and helpful. They even took my old car free of charge.
