The staff at Jackson Auto is absolutely perfect! You could not ask for better sales people! I was sent there from a different dealership who was not able to help me and was told that if anyone could he could not ask for better sales people! I purchased a vehicle thru Gary, didn't get a warranty because was a Honda ridgeline and are supposed to be reliable, My loan is 5 year/15k loan: AC went out in a week, engine blew on 5th time driving it because was a Honda ridgeline and are supposed to be reliable, My loan is 5 year/15k loan: AC went out in a week, engine blew on 5th time driving it. It's been 3 weeks, Gary will not help me, I'm screwed....no vehicle and credit down toilet. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM JACKSON AUTO BECAUSE THERE IS NO HELP IF ANY ISSUES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER, NO HELP FOR CUSTOMERS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT WHEN I BOUGHT CAR BUT ANY ISSUES THEY DON'T WANNA HEAR. More
