I was in so much stress looking for a second car for my family. I came up on Jackson autos and I talked to Jay r on a day in which they were closed. He assured me to come back the next day and that they co family. I came up on Jackson autos and I talked to Jay r on a day in which they were closed. He assured me to come back the next day and that they could happily fit me in a vehicle with no problems. I had Googled a car I wanted to purchase prior to coming into the shop. I told coworkers about Jackson Auto East and they had nothing but good things to say. Gary and his team were absolutely incredible thr into the shop. I told coworkers about Jackson Auto East and they had nothing but good things to say. Gary and his team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in, but didn't like it. Gary listened to my concerns and had me test drive a Malibu, which I later ended up purchasing. Gary was very responsive to emails and was both personable and professional throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the pressure to buy a car and I didn't feel taken advantage of as a woman. I felt heard, validated and respected both as a person and a customer. Everyoane at the dealership is very kind and helpful. They even took my old car free of charge. I'm very glad I chose Jackson Auto East as opposed to a bigger dealership because I felt like a human being as opposed to someone they could profit off of. Jackson Auto will assist to get you a car if you need one. Very easy to work with. However, when I walked in I wasn't greeted right away. One of the staff, a bald heavier set male just sat and looked at one. Very easy to work with. However, when I walked in I wasn't greeted right away. One of the staff, a bald heavier set male just sat and looked at me from his desk from 6 feet away. Not even a hello or welcome. Gary whom assisted with the finance was the only person to greet and tell me someone will be right with me. Once I test drove the car, Gary helped me get approved within an hour. Thanks to Gary and his hard work ethics to help me out. This would be the second vehicle I've bought from Jackson Auto! More
