Was told that oil change would be completed in 90 minutes or less. Unfortunately the service required two hours and cost increases with each service. I have concerns about why a nearly new car would need new tie rods and new rotors. They can’t even get the rotors now. This is a Covid car. It has SO many small issues that happen every day. Mostly tie rods and new rotors. They can’t even get the rotors now. This is a Covid car. It has SO many small issues that happen every day. Mostly electrical. The radio, the chargers, the lights. This isn’t necessarily a dig to Jackson, but moreover the car itself. I shouldn’t have to spend my time and money to get the car and back for warrantee repairs. Especially on a nearly new car. That is WHY I have a new car!! I don’t have time to deal with all these issues. I’m about to give it back. More
