Good overall - but dropped a couple xxxxx Work was performed in a timely manner. I booked service online using the code that the car suggested but they reminded me that one of the recommended Work was performed in a timely manner. I booked service online using the code that the car suggested but they reminded me that one of the recommended services had recently been done and did not need to be performed this time around (cabin filters). They provided timely notification of when the work was completed and when my car was ready to be picked up. The service representative did a clear review of the inspection report and pointed out relevant highlights. That said, they advertise that all service include a free carwash and vacuum. My car was washed but was certainly not vacuumed. A minor thing, but when the expectation has been set, it was disappointing to not see what was expected. Also, when I checked in I requested a loaner and was told that none were available. Then, while waiting in the shuttle with Jimmy (who is GREAT!) for another rider he eventually said we could leave as they decided to give that rider a loaner. Did not make me feel 'special'... More

Good service They do good work and have never had any issues. However, I think the service department in general needs work. You can't just drop your car off for service even if you have an appointment - you have to go in and wait for your assigned service person to come speak with you. Why is this necessary? I have already made an appointment and told them exactly what I want done. I just don't understand why you need to have these salespeople assigned to you...I just want service done and really don't care who I speak to. I just think their customer service model needs some work. To be clear - this is my review of the dealership, not the individual I worked with. Pleasant experience with Brittany. More
