Impressive Service We were recently in the market for another Acura and decided to look at all the dealerships in and around Atlanta. Since we had previously used Jacks We were recently in the market for another Acura and decided to look at all the dealerships in and around Atlanta. Since we had previously used Jackson Acura for our MDX, it was included in our search. There we met with Patrick McPherson who was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and a professional individual. Patrick worked with us and we ultimately purchased another Acura. He explained to us that his "word is his bond" and it truly was as there were some outstanding issues that he immediately took care of for us. We were impressed with his salesmanship and feel he is a tremendous asset to Jackson Acura. Pity that all salesman are not like Patrick. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from Patrick in the future. More

Horrible service from management I was in the process of working with a sales rep who was taking too long to answer my questions. I called the sales manager to get the requested infor I was in the process of working with a sales rep who was taking too long to answer my questions. I called the sales manager to get the requested information. The used car manager was rude and obnoxious. I will never purchase a vehicle from Jackson as long as he is there. And to think, I considered traveling over a 100 miles for an MDX. I can take my business where it will be appreciated. I rated them a one because I couldn't submit without a rating. More
