Great people, great service at a fair price. The first thing you notice about Jackson Acura is that the employees like working there. From my salesman to the service writers to the lady who answers the phone, I haven't run into anyone who seems unhappy. So when I dropped off my Acura for service I had a nice chat with my car salesman (Paul Silverman) and the Acura product specialist (Don) and the service writer (Brittany). I was expecting to pay a lot more for dealer service but it was quite reasonable. The car was delivered washed, the oil level was correct, lug nut torque was within spec (I checked it with a torque wrench) and they provided a full PDF inspection report. Bottom line was that my fears of taking my car to the dealer for service were misguided, from now on I'm bringing it to Jackson Acura for service. More
