He took care of me through the entire sales process through delivery. I still touch base with him when I am in for service and consult with him when I have a question. Relative to the service on my car, I have never had such a good experience. When I make an appointment, they are always on time. I am greeted by my service person taken into an office, discussed what needs to be done and how long it will take. They are always good about providing a status and usually meet their commitment. The service agent (Brittany-last service) was proactive, explained the service in detail. My car was delivered - washed and clean. The facility's waiting area has every amity that you could want - it is clean, quiet. Thank you for the TOTAL excellent experience. More

Brittiany is the best in the business I have now used Jackson for service in both my 2012 TL and 2016 MDX multiple times. Most of these instances were with Brittiany. While I’ve only had great experiences at Jackson, Brittiany is on a whole other level in terms of customer service. I cannot think of a single way that she could’ve been more helpful. Did not complete services that were paid for. This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire rotation was not completed as there is a scratch on one of my rims and that rim is on the same tire that it was on when I took it in. They also did not vacuum or wash the car. It was bad weather that day so I understand not washing it, but the service person told me that they vacuumed, and they did not. I ended up having to pay almost $500 when they added a transmission service on, but the fact that they didn't complete the tire rotation makes me question whether they did any of the services I paid for. This dealer appears to be very questionable. More

Routine service This was my 3rd visit for service and every time I request Yvonne as the advisor.
