Exemplary customer service I went to Jackson Acura after my car was in a smash and grab. The rear driver side window was smashed and there was damage to the window mechanism and I went to Jackson Acura after my car was in a smash and grab. The rear driver side window was smashed and there was damage to the window mechanism and trim. Additionally, one of my key fobs was stolen along with my purse. Jackson Acura did a phenomenal job with the repair, but the customer service is what truly stands out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yvonne Russell. She went above and beyond to help get my car repaired quickly and worked with my insurance company to get them to understand the repair was much more extensive than just a window replacement. After experiencing such a traumatic event, it was comforting to have such a caring service team repairing my car. Yvonne called me every day with updates on the status of the repairs. Her personal engagement was nothing like I have experienced at other Acura dealerships. I typically do not have routine service on my MDX performed at the dealership, but after my experience with Yvonne and Jackson Acura, I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else. More

He and the sales manager were very courteous and took care of fixing a seat back that had somehow been pulled loose during cleaning. We were pleased with the price. Robert's prior experience at a Lexus dealership was handy as he was able to show us in detail all the controls and touch screen programming. More
