I started an online conversation with Paul Silverman and told him what we were looking to do finance wise. The vehicle was for my wife. She had seen one, but hadn't sat in one much less driven one. Our Daughter who lives in the Jackson area, went by, met Paul, and he took her on a test drive and went over the details and functionality of the vehicle. Paul gave me a very competitive quote. It’s simple to make appointments, I’m greeted warmly when I arrive, and I feel confident that Nick is looking out for me... and my wallet. The latter has been reinforced even more during my last 2 visits. I walked in “knowing” the brakes would need replacing, because I’ve had to replace them by this mileage with my previous Non-Acura’s. But, both times I was shown that the brakes had many miles to go. I look at that as a compliment to Nick for his honesty and professionalism, and to Acura for a well-built automobile! While the work is being done, I can wait comfortably in the areas for clients. Nick gives me progress updates, and when all is completed, I walk to my freshly washed RDX. I highly recommend the Acura RDX, purchased and serviced at Jackson Acura! More
