However, the person that answered the phone when I initially called was rather dismissive when I asked about a loaner vehicle. I have never taken my car to another dealer, so I don’t understand why the person that answered the phone did not display Acura’s typically excellent customer service. I ended up not needing a loaner, but Nick was very accommodating and offered to provide a loaner had I needed one. As I said, Nick represents true Acura Customer service! More
