Jackson Acura really takes care of their customers! I am so glad that Paul Silverman was who I worked with to buy my new RDX. Dead Battery Usually I work with Brittiany, but Brittiany was out for her birthday, so I had the opportunity or should I say the pleasure of working with Yvonne! She is just the sweet as Brittiany and extremely professional. I had my battery replaced in October, however, it randomly died 30 days later. Their batteries are under warranty, so my battery was replaced, my car was washed and I was out the door. More

Pat is new and manager is not workable I came to the dealership for oil change they said my headlight needs to be changed and I said Yes. they asked me to leave the car for 2 days. I said I I came to the dealership for oil change they said my headlight needs to be changed and I said Yes. they asked me to leave the car for 2 days. I said I need a loner and they said no. After some struggle, the gave a loner. 2nd issue - I showed COSTCO coupon for the service and they said "Costco Coupon" are not accepted since it is supposed to be once in a life time coupon. I called Costco and they are not happy with this approach as well. They are escalating this thru HONDA network. All in all, PAT is OK and Manager is worst. More
