Arrived to Jackson Acura Dealership to trade in my Mustang and it immediately did not feel like the typical car dealership. Sergie immediately took us to meet with Cameron Hilden (Sales/Leasing Cons Mustang and it immediately did not feel like the typical car dealership. Sergie immediately took us to meet with Cameron Hilden (Sales/Leasing Consultant). Cameron was unbelievably accommodating. It was not an accommodating feeling where they are pressuring you to purchase a car from them. It was a feeling of being comfortable and no pressure. I went in prequalified, with numbers knowing what I could afford, knowing what I wanted and they provided above and beyond my expectations. The dealership gave me more for my car than what I expected after researching online. Cameron asked me even though I was already prequalified if I would mind if their Finance Dept. Could work for a better interest rateto lower my numbers even more.... each and every step they made they were completely communicative with no surprises and always asked 'first'. Once finance completed my paperwork (Finance was wonderful to work with as well!) and the deal was signed Cameron then took me to my new car and went through step by step of all the extras my car has to offer. Not just 'telling' me.... but actually showing me. From simple things of downloading certain apps on my phone (to show me how my car interacts with different apps) to how to fixing a flat tire if needed.... Jackson Acura isn't just a dealership, it is a place that makes you feel welcome when you walk in (not an overwhelming welcome) and I do believe they truly care and want to help in any possible way. I am looking forward to a future relationship with Jackson Acura! Oh and by the way..... the smell of a new Acura is not a typical new car smell! The smell is a clean indescribable smell. It doesn't have that typical new car chemical smell. More

Car battery would not hold a charge It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When I was told car was ready for pickup my key had not been programmed. that evening my car w It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When we tried to jump the battery we realized that positive battery cable had not been properly attached to battery by the service department. We requested car get detailed during service. We were charged twice! More
