This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Jackson Acura. Months before my headlight bulb went out I inquired about pricing for changing the entire headlight and covering and was told a price of aroun Acura. Months before my headlight bulb went out I inquired about pricing for changing the entire headlight and covering and was told a price of around $1,500. Needless to say, the headlight went out and I took my car to get the bulb changed. The service rep tells me it’s not just the bulb that went out, but something with the igniter and it would cost $1,500; however, the cost would not include a new covering. Utterly RIDICULOUS! How can one rep quote me the same price to change out the entire headlight and covering??? Then another quote me the same price for just the headlight! This was a complete rip off and to say I was thinking about trading my car in. Nope, not here. And this saddens me because I’ve NEVER had an issue with this place. Completely disappointed! More
