Got us in with no appointment, just over an hour wait for a transmission service (but don’t expect that kind of speed without an appointment on a Saturday morning, these guys are busy!). Joey in the service department made a bad situation with another service guy bearable. The service guy I was seeing made some commitments that were obviously incorrect and made no notes about them in the sy another service guy bearable. I am also disappointed that your advertising says you will meet competitors tire prices but didn’t with me. I would have preferred to stay at the dealership for all my cars needs. This had nothing to do with Joey but the previous guy who is no longer with you. I will give Jackie Cooper Nissan another opportunity with my vehicle because of the outstanding service from Joey Ryan. More
