Service was subpar!! I have a warranty covered issue, couldn't order part that day because "system" was down. Indicated they would be in contact with me the following day I have a warranty covered issue, couldn't order part that day because "system" was down. I drive an 1 1/2 hours to this dealership. More

the 2 hour oil change It took 3 hours to get the oil changed in my Murano. That was 2 hours too long. Service manager had no explanation for the marathon oil change.
