Your parts manager is an xxx I had a part that was being replaced by a service center and they had ordered it from you 3 times. Wrong part was sent every time. I agreed to drive my car to your service center so they could see what part was needed. This required me to get up at 5:30 and drive clear to Tulsa before work. Your parts manager came out and looked under my car for 2.5 seconds before stating that "if a part was missing, they would need to get it up on the lift to fix it". If a part was missing.. As a woman , I guess I'm not aware that said part had been carried around in the back seat of my car for weeks and as a woman, I wouldn't have noticed when said part flew off the car while driving down the highway. I did bring my car back in Friday and the part was installed but nothing about the transaction made me want to use your service again. I gave you two stars because at least the people I dealt with on Friday were professional, polite and efficient. Oh and the guy looked under my car on Friday for 2.5 seconds and said - oh you are missing the belly pan. I guess the part was missing. More

Service was subpar!! I have a warranty covered issue, couldn't order part that day because "system" was down. Indicated they would be in contact with me the following day I have a warranty covered issue, couldn't order part that day because "system" was down. Indicated they would be in contact with me the following day to set up repair. Week later still no contact from service department. Didn't rotate my tires as they always have in the past. I drive an 1 1/2 hours to this dealership. More
