It's always so nice to drive away with a clean car I've always had a great experience with Jackie Cooper Nissan. That is such a blessing because my busy schedule doesn't leave a lot of time for that. The associates are always professional and helpful. More

Not too happy about yesterday’s visit. Was barely seated in the waiting room when I was told my battery had gone out and I needed a new one. When I got home I was able to snap part back in place on drivers side. Apparently your people didn’t try that. More

Just one concern I had our Nissan in for service just before the warranty expired and asked for a warranty check. Nothing came back as needed and my drive train "passe I had our Nissan in for service just before the warranty expired and asked for a warranty check. Nothing came back as needed and my drive train "passed"...and now at the very next service, I am told drive train is critical and needs to be replaced at about $225. I am not happy at the disparity and it fuels the notion that dealership are not the best place for having service work done. We typically are pleased with the courteous professional treatment at Jackie Cooper and that was the case again this time but you would think if my drive train was critical now, it should have been in need of replacing when I had the vehicle in while under warranty just recently. More
