Service I had to have service. They charged me. I picked up my vehicle on Sunday. The repairs were not made. They didn't do what they said they would. I wi I had to have service. They charged me. Typical Dealership service expertise I set up the appointment online and put in all of my information including what was coming in for. My truck was needing its 25k-28k mile service. According to the car manual that lives in the glove box, there are simple items that need to be addressed. When I pull up, my appointment was not acknowledged and I was instantly talked to about the "packages" that are offered for service on my car "based on the miles". Some of the items on the car's manual where not addressed in the "packages". Eventually, I just had to get help from my brother-in-law and husband so that my car was taken care of correctly and I wasn't taken advantage of as a woman with little knowledge about my car. Evidence of this was very apparent when I was quoted for >$250 charge when I brought in my car and the end amount of $98 I actually paid when my BIL and husband came in to tell them what the car needed based on the car's manual. This happens everywhere so I am not surprised but I wish it was not part of the industry. A necessary evil I suppose. I will continue to use JCN for my service needs simply because otherwise my car would devalue if I maintenance it myself/family do the required steps and have no "service records" when trying to sell it down the line. The staff was friendly enough and I enjoyed waiting in the area with my usual water bottle, sun chips, and golf on the tv. More
