Wonderful dealership. Very professional in every way. I've been working with Jackie Cooper Nissan for many years (several vehicles) and they're like family. They truly want to help customers find the right car and payments that fit. The service guys and technicians are very good with fair pricing and with repair timelines to get you up and running. Surprise purchase My husband and I came into the dealership to purchase new tires for his 2013 Nissan Murano. While waiting we went to browse the used cars. I saw the w My husband and I came into the dealership to purchase new tires for his 2013 Nissan Murano. While waiting we went to browse the used cars. I saw the white 2016 Nissan Altima, checked out the specs and noticed the excellent condition. This car was like new. I called my husband over to show him. He said its a nice car, asked if I liked it. The salesman came over to where we were, asked if we would like to drive it. So we did. I liked everything about the car. We came back and went inside to check about financing. Nihad was so helpful and knowledgable. He gave us some numbers and my husband bought the car, I was so surprised and happy, I literally cried happy tears. Thank you for making this so enjoyable! . More

Worst Customer service at the service section We regularly get our oil change and other check ups at this dealership; they have the people at the service sections that gets annoyed so fast when cu We regularly get our oil change and other check ups at this dealership; they have the people at the service sections that gets annoyed so fast when customers ask questions. I went this morning for a regular oil change and they wanted to charge us for a synthetic oil change; which we had to ask them later to change and then they had left the coolant reservoir empty. I got back to house and my husband checked the car and asked why didn't they fill the antifreeze/coolant and they left the reservoir empty with a broken cap. I called the customer service to ask the same and they said that they usually check and that if meets their parameter they won't fill it up and I said it looks empty and the guy said i can drive back to the dealership to get filled up. I drove back to the dealership and told the guy that I don't know you parameters can you please check with me if the coolant is at a good level and he checks it and couldn't say that they forgot to check but instead says that I must go sit inside while they fill it up. When I asked about the cap, with an annoyed facial expression, he says he will see if they have any. When as customers that doesn't know much about cars, takes the car to a dealership for an oil change, even though it's less expensive at other places outside; we trust the service you provide and we are willing to pay more for those services. Instead you choose to get annoyed when we as customers ask questions and do half jobs. They made my weekend worse by having me spend half of my time here and drive back and forth. I'm annoyed, i could spend this time with my family. More

Came in for oil change, then purshased a new car Nihad was is awesome! I came in to for a routine oil change on Saturday for my Altima and while I waited, Nihad did a great job selling on us on a new Nihad was is awesome!
