I had gone to a local garage to temporarily re-attach. I don’t believe the service department did anything other than check to make sure it was still attached. On Sunday, on our way to church we noticed the belly pan was once again down. We are very disappointed, both in the service and the fact that this car has less than 1200 miles on it More

Terrible service Went to Jackie Cooper based on good reviews on Google. Their communication was awful and service was abysmally slow. Needed a new sensor as the dash h Went to Jackie Cooper based on good reviews on Google. Their communication was awful and service was abysmally slow. Needed a new sensor as the dash had ABS, SLIP and VDC lights illuminated. Dropped it off first thing in the morning on a Thursday right when they opened up. They didn't even look at it until Friday or Saturday. The service representative, James Feary, never called Friday (he "thought he did but must have forgot"). Finally got a text about recommended fixes Saturday with typical exorbitant dealer prices. Agreed on the sensor replacement but of course, part wasn't in stock (nor was it apparent that it would be 2-3 more days to get it in stock). Called multiple times and couldn't get ahold of James, left voicemails and no other service reps could handle my questions. Car was finally fixed 6 days later. This place is a total joke. Thank goodness the car has been so good for 9 years because this service experience drives home my disdain for dealerships. I will avoid them like the plague. More
GREAT SERVICE! We brought our Rogue Sport in for a manufacturer's recall. It was supposed to take two hours. We were greeted by Joe Ryan who was very courteous an We brought our Rogue Sport in for a manufacturer's recall. It was supposed to take two hours. We were greeted by Joe Ryan who was very courteous and escorted us to the service waiting room. The service took only one hour and on top of the warranty recall service they washed, vacuumed, and did a multi-point inspection. Great service!!! More
