Pointless appointments Why send me an email stating I can make an appointment if when I get there I actually have to wait 2 hours and am told it’s first come first serve. Don’t advertise it, don’t give the ability to schedule appointments. But I wouldn’t dare argue with Jackie Cooper Nissan, that has never gone well for me in the past when I’ve had a problem I really needed addressed. I’m done with Jackie Cooper. We left! Made an appointment elsewhere, got in and out in 20 minutes. More
